Safety & Incident Prevention
All Adaptive Solutions superintendents have completed OSHA-30 or OSHA-10 training and continue to participate in ongoing safety education. Our leadership team stays current on best practices to ensure the safest possible work environment on every jobsite.
Employee Education
We take a proactive approach to safety through regular, in-house jobsite audits. Our dedicated safety manager evaluates each project to ensure our teams are following established protocols, maintaining compliance, and addressing potential risks before they become issues.
In-House Inspections
Our low Experience Modification Rate (EMR) reflects our commitment to safe operations and risk management. A lower EMR not only demonstrates a strong safety culture, but also translates to reduced risk and cost for our partners.
