Who We Are
Adaptive Solutions Radon Mitigation & Testing was founded in 2019 with a focus on responsive service, professionalism, and high-quality installations. What began as a sole proprietorship performing residential retrofit work has grown into a trusted design-build partner for radon and soil-gas mitigation systems on large-scale school and multifamily projects exceeding 250,000 square feet.
Today, we support projects across Colorado and New Mexico, backed by strong trade partnerships and direct relationships with national manufacturers.
Our approach is simple: deliver coordinated, constructible systems that protect the schedule, reduce rework, and get the job done right. You can meet our crew below, with photos and a brief introduction for each team member.
What We Guarantee
-
We prioritize early coordination, clear sequencing, and constructible designs that integrate cleanly with structural, civil, and MEP scopes.
In the field, we utilize survey-grade Total Station layout to precisely locate vent penetrations and risers, ensuring installations match approved plans and eliminating delays caused by layout errors or rework.
-
Our design driven approach eliminates change orders and downstream modifications. By resolving system layout and constructability issues early, we help prevent costly field fixes and post-slab surprises.
-
Systems are developed from real-world commercial, education, and multifamily project experience and designed for constructability in the field. We account for actual building conditions, minimizing conflicts with reinforcing steel, post-tension slabs, embeds, and MEP routing.
-
Direct access to decision-makers and proactive problem-solving are core to how we operate. We identify and address conflicts early, before they become field delays.
-
We provide full design-build responsibility for the radon mitigation scope. General contractors have one point of contact and one party accountable for coordination, execution, and documentation.
-
Well coordinated installations, complete documentation, and post-construction testing reduce the likelihood of future system activation, call backs, or owner concerns.
