Rollie serves as a Superintendent at Adaptive Solutions, where he focuses on layout, field execution, and making sure work is done right the first time. He got his start with the company doing seasonal work and has grown into a key member of the field team.

He operates with a focus on precision and long-term performance; taking pride in detailed layouts that minimize rework and identifying potential weak points before they become problems. Rollie is known for slowing things down when needed, going back to step one, and making sure every part of the system is installed correctly and built to last.

What he enjoys most is the crew and the shared commitment to doing quality work. He believes in taking the extra step to ensure systems perform as intended and hold up over time.

Outside of work, Rollie spends his time skiing, fishing, and hunting—especially bird hunting with his black lab. He’s also worked as a guide for trout fishing trips, including for a few well-known celebrities.
