Nolan leads operations for Adaptive Solutions, focusing on system design, coordination, and keeping projects on track from preconstruction through installation. He joined the team in 2021 and brings over a decade of trade experience, including 10,000+ hours in radon-specific construction.

He operates with a focus on foresight, effective communication, and critical path awareness; staying a few steps ahead to identify challenges before they impact schedule and ensuring systems are installed efficiently and without unnecessary rework. Nolan takes pride in seeing well-coordinated designs come to life in the field and in building teams that take ownership of their work.

Outside of work, Nolan stays just as busy racing dirt bikes, backpack hunting in the Weminuche, and getting after it on skis or in a kayak. He runs on strong coffee and momentum, and when something breaks, he’s the one who throws it on the tailgate and figures it out.
