Jason founded Adaptive Solutions in 2019 with a simple idea—build a company that does things the right way the first time. His focus has always been on serving clients with integrity, quality, and professionalism, while creating real opportunities for the people behind the work.
He leads with an emphasis on foresight, proactive communication, strong trade partnerships, and systems that perform in the field—staying a few steps ahead to identify challenges before they impact schedule, and building the structure and team to support long-term growth.
What drives Jason most is the team. He takes pride in building something that gives people real opportunity—where they can take care of their families, grow, and be part of something they’re proud of.
Outside of work, Jason is out rippin’ trails on his mountain bike, fishing, or traveling across North America to support his son’s love of hockey.
