Beth supports Adaptive Solutions through system layout, takeoffs, and detailed design developing solutions that are both functional in the field and aligned across trades.

She joined the team after being referred to assist with an AutoCAD layout and has been a key contributor ever since. As a licensed architect, Beth brings a strong design perspective paired with practical problem-solving helping translate concepts into systems that work in real-world construction environments.

Beth operates with a focus on collaboration, attention to detail, and proactive coordination often working directly with trades to resolve issues and refine designs on site. She takes pride in seeing drawings come to life and in developing solutions that all trades can get behind.

What drives her most is knowing the work has a real impact helping protect the people who will live and work in the spaces her designs support.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, skiing, and traveling; often taking off for long weekends to explore new places with her husband.
